General Terms & Condition

Application

Application for allotment of apartments should be made on the prescribed application form duly signed by the applicant along with the earnest money and other necessary documents.

Payment

The purchaser will make the payment as per payment schedule. All payment should be made by A/C payee or cheque or bank draft or cash in favour of NIBASH PROPERTIES LTD. Payments from overseas in US dollars are to be calculated at the current official conversion rate of Bangladeshi taka on the day of payment.

Delay in Payment

The allottee undertakes the responsibilities to pay delay charge at the rate of 5% per 30 days on the amount of payment delayed beyond the due date. If the payment is delayed by 90 days, the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment without any notice to the allottee. In such a case buyer's deposited amount will be refunded after the saleout of the same apartment to a new buyer. An amount of Tk. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) only will be deducted from the buyer's deposited amount as compensation charge.

Change in Specifications

The company reserves the right to make minor change in both architectural & structural design of the project. Limited change can be made in specifications for overall benefit of the project.
