Here comes the need of private sector for the development of real estate and Nibash Properties Ltd. formed in 1995 to serve the nation. Mission Instead of stressing on good academic qualification which is compulsory for the executive level employees, Nibash Properties Ltd. has selected its staffs based on their intelligence, creativity and innovation. The company currently has one hundred employees working; most of them are experienced in their respective fields. With these work forces, a lot of projects have been completed in the prime locations of Dhaka city. Some projects viz. Noor Nibash, Qazi Nibash, Chaya Nibash, Chaitee Nibash, Asha Nibash etc. are waiting to be handed over. Objectives The main objective of Nibash Properties Ltd. is to provide flats and apartments full of exclusive new features with more flexibility and options for the middle class people. One of the short term objectives of Nibash Properties Limited is to solve the ‘Rural-Urban Migration’ problem.
